iMapMobile for Baza Adresowa Województwa Łódzkiego (BAWL) enables access to Records of town, streets and addresses provided by Office of the Marshall of Lodzkie Region through adresy.lodzkie.pl.The application also presents maps from Geoportalu of Lodzkie Region (www.geoportal.lodzkie.pl).
iMapMobile enables:
• Access to spatial data services,
• Adding services, choosing particular maps
• Browsing and locating parcels Adding services,
• Searching for geographical objects
The application enables the user viewing maps and provides following functions:
• Map window navigation – changing map extent according to users action (pan, zoom in, zoom out)
• Viewing tiled services – displaying maps showing their contents as map tiled services,
• Adding external WMS services – the service allows user to expand map contents by adding WMS services to Register,
• Length measurement – measures the length of a line drawn on map,
• Area measurement – enables measurement of area or outline of a drawn polygon,
• Current location – user can send a mail containing link to the current location and current position of device
• Registering and saving track – enables user registering and tracking his own track on a map based on GPS signal. It can be saved and send in KML file format
