Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

5 ★Really well done. Just missing some settings for tweaking the thumbnail size (I'd rather have thumbnails that fill the width on my device's screen, and with the title of the post below the thumbnail).
3 ★Dig the of ads, but it's a bit slow to load/navigate subreddits. Not a bad app by any means, just not my favorite. If you're tired of seeing ads, it might be worth a shot.
3 ★Worked ok at first but then the articles kept getting redirected with ads that froze the app. Some video and gifs sites also crashed the app. Worked about 80% of the time. Update: The app did work better by using the chrome browser. Maybe it blocked the redirects better.
2 ★Very slow, only ~1/3 images would load, UI ot intuitive
5 ★Been using this app for years. Outstanding customization and features. Developer is very active and responsive on the subreddit. Issues are typically resolved in subsequent timely updates.
5 ★Awesome app: features AMOLED dark mode, caching for quick reloading, intuitive gestures and great configuration options. Awesome dev: on top of reviews and feature/bug requests. Also, it's open source!
3 ★Sometimes doesn't register subscriptions but appears to. This occurs when subscribing a to many subs at once such as setting up a new account. An old never-fixed bug otherwise this would be 4 stars.
5 ★This is how I do Reddit. Works very well and after having set it up to my liking I'm all good and will look no further. And it's free and open source. Can't get better than this! it would be nice with notification for responses to my posts, but I'm not deducting stars for that.
5 ★I tested plenty of Reddit alternatives and found this one to be the most intuitive and flexible. The only shortcoming is the inability to notify me of new responses to my posts.
5 ★My favourite reddit app tbh, I love the minimalism of the design and it's super easy to use. Five stars
5 ★Simple but functional, also open source.
5 ★Nice and clean app with no useless stuff slapped on top, good customization and extra features, couple of bugs but nothing destructive. No ads is also a plus.
