1 ★SmartNas app is NOT functional. On one occasion, I tried to pay for a special 3-month discount -- 42 dollars instead of 56 for 3-months premium service; but the app did not inform the accounting system and I was automatically debited 18 dollars for only one month at the next automatic renewal. Then, I tried to switch in-app from the premium to the standard plan, but it would not acknowledge or activate the new plan even after I "topped up." Very poor app. :(
3 ★There's no way to listen any tunes you are going to buy. There's no way to listen a tune you have purchased. It seems there is only way to listen listen your purchase is to set the tune to a tune for friends, find another SIM and call to myself, having disabled voicemail. Very weak functioned app. Wish to get voicemail' messages list in the app, since the current way to listen messages is quite messy.
2 ★Misleading promotions and deals, annoying calls from call center, but if you call, they will hang up. And all of that is just an addition to world's worst internet provider. You better pay on time and not cheap, but internet or even a cellular connection is far from guaranteed. Worst mobile service I have seen in 30 years.
3 ★It's great for checking exchanged balance that you still have but the problem is about purchasing stuff online, Let's say purchasing something in a game to get virtual currency for 0.99 cents, But when I want to purchase it they decline because don't have have enough balance, But I do! my unexchanged balance Is 1.07$, But i later realized that it actually cost 1.09$ When it's on sale for 0.99 cents, So please fix this problem! And overall great app!

3 ★Work as described if you only pretend to press everything once and patiently wait for it to finish its process. Tried clicking redeem many times and this app will crash. FFS, its so frustrating when you dont know whether what you interacted with is working or not. i had this app crash at least once whenever i try to use smartVIP feature. I was frustrated, the people behind me waiting in line were frustrated.
1 ★Basically the app is 50/50 sometimes its working sometimes its not and i'm fine with it but i'm complaining the whole company. You dont have many plans for us to choose, it is frustrating that your $1 plan(smart laor) has limited internet and incomparable to smart thommorng plan which you already deleted it (almost every plan that are good, you eliminate them all). In the end the the app is doing okay i like it but the company is basic tr**h, i still use smart because i like my phone numbers.

1 ★The app is very slow, especially, it's always error at night-time. I almost ran out of data and tried to renew the plan but the app was just not working at all. I also tried to dail instead of renewing the plan via Smartnas app, but that did not work neither. I see many users complaining about it. When will you improve this?
5 ★Best service + App but one thing about the Internet Connection it is a bit too slow if the Internet Connection is Good that would be amazing✨
1 ★This new version is sucked, it removed the eSim active feature. I think you should update and bring that feature back, which we don't have to spend time queueing at smart shop. And the developers should create a new feature like we can add more numbers to control like family members. Other operators have that feature long long time ago, but smart is moving backwards in the Apps itself.
1 ★With the latest update, when I add money from ABA, I get a pop-up that tells me to wait a few moments for my balance to be updated. It used to be instant. Now, because of this, I often close the app and forget to renew my plan, so Smart takes the remainder of my main balance automatically, and only gives me a little bit of extra data. Not happy.
