1 ★Runs slow. Details are old and pictures are missing... not worth the effort to wait for it to load.

1 ★The add on TV said it is the best real estate app for price information. There is no price information at all! I went all over the profile of a house I am interested in, clicked on everything, scrolled to the bottom.....nothing. I've uninstalled it now so I can get back to the serious real estate apps.

1 ★Summit real estate are the worst in the the state of West Australia They treat their renters like dirt and make them homeless just so the greedy bastards can get more rent out of the property. Shame on them and hope you go bankrupt

1 ★Properties show up that have already sold. Totally useless

2 ★Buggy app, simple issues deem it unusable. In one case changing number of bedrooms in search sends the app into a none recovering cycle which does not accept selection and pops the search dialogue open after clicking outside.
