3 ★The App is not synced with the home collection reports. Every time a sample is taken a new family member gets created in the app,with same profile. The lab reports are not visible against the family member,whose sample is collected but appears against member having the registered Mobile number only. The App is not very convinient and deleting of wrongly added family members is not possible.
1 ★Go directly and do the test insted of using this app. One of the worst experience my life the lal path lab is across the street but they have faild to collect blood repeatedly the collection person number is been send who dose not belog in my area. If the address algorithm isn't up to the mark why have you all guys started utilising this app. I am hungry its now been 14 hrs since I had my dinner and I have to take medication also. My money will be completely wasted due to this test.
1 ★Expert in providing reports without sample. I have given home sample for blood test in morning on 17.06.2021. When I called the lab about the status of my sample on 18.06.2021 they told that they didn't receive the sample and will check with their collection agent. When I raised this concern on their customer care. I was told that I will get the reports by evening on 18.06.2021. I don't know how will they provide reports when the lab is saying that they did not receive my sample.
1 ★I booked RT PCR test through them with date after 3 days from booking. They told slots are available but till last moment they haven't assigned any technician. When I gave call to them they keep on telling that technician will be assigned..don't worry. And this they said till last moment also. When period passed and I called again then they told that technician not available in your area. In a way they didn't allow to book test through other party and they themselves also not done.
1 ★Bad experience. App notifications says reports will be uploaded etc. Had to follow up with the guy to took the sample for reports during critical times like covid. Infact its more than 24 hours of delay in getting the report. Please try some other labs and yes the phone no. Does not exist .
1 ★Terrible commitment. Sample collection was scheduled for 26-Apr-2021 at 12-12:30 pm for a prepaid order. Till date technician is not assigned even though multiple complains raised. Customer care people are just for time pass. Every time the complain raised only reply I got that is "Concerned team will get in touch with you in next 2-3 hrs".No call received till now. Looks like a fund raiser campaign with fake commitment. Extremely disappointed with such irresponsible behaviour.
1 ★Really pathetic app. No reliability. Extremely complex. UI is equally bad. Better understand the urgency of patients and at least maintain transparent communication if service is not available. Intead, use other pathalogy labs.
1 ★Most pathetic lab service I have ever experienced. Never ever go for this I repeat Never. They'll always tell you report is released and will be updated in 20 mins, and this has been going on for almost 24 hours now. Hopeless!
1 ★Pathetic Service. They take forever to give test reports, their customers care numbers never work, they are using some cheap, dumb and useless bot for chat support and yet they charge as if they are providing premium service. NOT RECOMMENDED.
1 ★Most irresponsible behaviour of management and customer care...My report are still awaiting ..I have given my sample on 26th of April....After 3 days ,they give one report , again after one day other reports but still not a complete report...My test has to be repeated ..I made call so that fresh sample can be taken and do it again but customer care has no any response....Don't use lal path..Instead go to some hospital for your CBC,esr,crp and ferritin.Don't go on brand..Lal path lab is cheater
1 ★Very bad experience. No sample collection happened even after prior bookings and so many calls to the customer support. Even though no action on the complaints too.
3 ★I installed app working too slow this version not better than previous version and some details are not edit family members. Invoice copy not download and payment details not show in this version. Previous version better and fast working.
