5 ★Best App EVER!! I can't tell you how many times I stressed about finding a sitter for my daughter, but now with the help of Bambino app, I just add sitters as favorites thatvfit my needs and rates and send it out. I have confirmations so fast. I've always had great experiences AND I dont have to stop at an ATM to pay them. Everything at my fingertips within the app!!
4 ★I got a great babysitter, that was the most important! App was easy to use, but asked more information than i thought necessary, like exact birthdates of my children... Dont think you need that information collected. But otherwise easy! When the two sitters werent available, my regional rep stepped in and suggested a few availabile sitters. One was a school teacher, i was sold. Payment was easy, i knew what they expected when i committed and time was confirmed on both ends.

4 ★I love this app and the idea behind it! Babysitting is made easy with it. I was just unaware how long I was given to accept or decline parents requests so I missed one because I work full time. I will continue to use it and hope to get more jobs on it!
2 ★They add 2 bucks an hour to the sitters wage so if the sitter charges 12 an hour the app charges the parent 14 an hour. Keep that in mind Also as a sitter if the parent cancels the request it goes against your response time. I had 2 parents send a reqyest one cancelled the request and the other chose another sitter. But I was faulted in my response time. Seems too casual for sitters. As a sitter they dont have anything besides my name. Other sitter sites require my social and DL to sign up.
1 ★I had a very poor experience in the last 3 weeks booking a sitter for my 7 year old. I booked 3 different sitters on different days of the week and 2 of them were a no call no show and one of them canceled last minute. These people are very unreliable and can't depend on anyone on there. Also you can't rate the sitters if you cancel a booking if they don't show up or if they cancel. Most of them are very unprofessional overall. Had a horrible experience, I wouldn't refer or recommend anyone.
1 ★I hired a sitter based on her positive recommendations. Morning of, I sent the sitter a message confirming the times. Did not receive a response. I later called and she confirmed the 6PM arrival time. 615PM came, she had not arrived. I called her - she sent me to voicemail then NEVER SHOWED UP! I had to cancel my plans. The app doesn't let me leave a review for her to stop her from doing this to other families. The app seems promising but I can't trust it because it doesn't allow bad reviews.
1 ★Never works, can't get past the 3 step verification process so I can't get any jobs
1 ★The babysitter was $10.75, however she told me on her side she is only charging $9. And when I say hidden fees, it's because they over charged me $17.50, that did not show up on my receipt, nor did I read in their terms and policies about extra fees. They admitted via email it went directly to them because 3% does not cover credit card charges, not on receipt. Booking fee did show at $2.95. No subscription is great but not if you are getting charged $17.50 every time you need someone.
1 ★Wont work. As many others have said, tried to register, can't even make it through the app crashes and then tells me it can't authenticate me and to contact them via email. Was hoping to use but I don't want to waste my time on something that seems like it has ongoing issues.
5 ★I love this app. It's a babysitters dream ! Super easy to use. You set up direct deposit to your bank and get paid through the app. I get multiple requests a week. Great side money.
4 ★Very easy to use and having recommendations makes it much better. Wish you could hire someone consistently instead if having to always log in everytime. One of my sitters did not immediately get paid, but Bambino resolved it within 2 days.
