2 ★App has issues. It won't let me sign in. Not too happy for a first time requestor.
1 ★You guys do not make this app easy for me to be able to become a dog walker .not to have My dog that I don't walked !!! Very frustrating indeed
1 ★Genuinely unusable as an app. It takes multiple tries to load, regularly forces you into sluggish menus to review walkers from a year ago or more, scheduling is broken. The concept of this app, and the walkers, are both fantastic, the head of app development should be fired. From a cannon.
2 ★Honestly this app sucks. I'm not sure how/why they haven't fixed the user experience in years. They updated recently so it "looks better" but all the bugs are still there. I don't care what it looks like, I just wish it worked. All that said, I've had a good experience with the dog walkers. The service itself is great, being able to find a walker on demand. But seriously, it's been years that they've had the same bugs. They need to fix them
2 ★Great customer service once you reach them. The app design makes it hard to connect with any customer service people. I wish I knew before I installed this that I cannot delete any information I give them unless I email them a photo of my ID. I wish I knew before I installed this that if I choose a dog walker that I know that if they do not respond in time that the app will assign a stranger to me automatically instead of asking me what I want. Your address is visible to walkers.
2 ★Since my app won't load, I figured I should leave a review! Please please try to care about the Android app. We have a wonderful dog walker but the app is so buggy and slow. It looks like you recently added a feature to edit recurring walks which tells me maybe you're trying to finally improve it?
1 ★If you are a pet owner, PLEASE leave a note for your dog walker with your contact information. In the case of an emergency wag customer support is non-existent. My dog was bitten by a wag-dog and the dog walker had no way to get me the owner's contact info. I don't know why wag pays for a phone number, because their support lines have one recording playing on loop that redirects you to the app, there is NO option to proceed by phone or speak to a human. Illogical and dangerous system.
3 ★Lags like crazy
1 ★App is very slow and buggy. There should at least be a website option. Important features don't show up, like adding tip after a service or being able to change a rating.
