1 ★I requested to delete my account. I got a rep in the chat who just said "We can delete this account now." I said yes. And then I was just locked out. No confirmation or anything. I emailed them, their website says they open at 10:30am ... But the rep answered way before. Please send confirmation of deletion.

1 ★I was a walker for almost 2 years. Lot's of driving with minimal pay. I got a part time job to make ends meet. Before starting my job, I messaged or called all my clients who's dogs I was scheduled to walk, giving them ample notice of 4 to 5 days ahead that I was unable to walk their dog(s) because I had to work. Spot removed me off their app without any notice then later that week they sent me an email saying that I was terminated because there was no communication.. Which was total BS!
