1 ★Ugggh! If it's not broken, there is no need to try to fix it! You updated the app and now it's broken. Can't import my rewards because I get an error my email is already taken. . .well of course it is, Duh! That should only occur when attempting to setup a new account, not updating an already established account!
3 ★What you get on emails for a free pretzel, or BOGO, or a free dip, well, I can't find them in my app even when it's within the limited time period. It just doesn't show in the app at all! We should be able to download and print it on hardcopy in case app doesn't work or if store has terrible wifi reception. Please bring back the old version of paper printout! APP is useless if it doesn't show any promos when I get them in emails but it says to open in app to get it!
1 ★doesn't work most times. keeps losing my rewards. when i click redeem a pop up message essentially saying i should be at a location when i redeem it. when i hit ok another pop up says reward not granted. when i go back into rewards, the offer is gone..then shows up a couple of days later. waste of my time.
2 ★The app is a great idea however there are so few locations that you can actally use it at makes it almost useless. Most of the stores are at the airport and you cannot use app coupons or scan your code to gain points at the airport. The only mall store left here will not accept the tmobile promo and now im not sure if they will even accept the app perks either now. Corporate really needs to get their franchise locations ALL on the same page so you dont have to learn the rules for every store.
1 ★Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Installed 6 times to try and get it to work. When it opens it just freezes on the Auntie Anne's splash screen and all you can do is close it. Time to hire seasoned programmers guys, this is the first App that hasn't worked on my phone. Embarrassing!!!
1 ★App is a waste of time. Does not register purchase EVEN WHEN employees scan barcode on from phone app. Look for store deals instead. Then when I tried to enter the receipt at home, I am too far away? Note to app developer: I got my welcome message from the future. When I signed up, I got a welcome message dated on May 2, but it was only May 1.
4 ★Ehh... it tracks points, no bonus coupons ever, miss out on half of possible points because some franchises don't accept this or because girl didn't give my mom a physical receipt to scan later. Old app used to have random discounts or bogo's. Almost wishing the old business card punch cards were still in use, sadly.
3 ★App has it's issues with staying connected especially on free WiFi from the mall. Hoping the updated version will be better written, hoping they got new code writers, someone who knows how to compose a workable app. BTW its March 4th, when is the new version coming out?
1 ★Can't sign up. Tried several times but can't register at this time is what I get. Also, for the birthday, why can't I just put in the number in each box? Why would I need to scroll through the calendar to my birth year and it didn't take anyway?
