1 ★This app is really bad. It constantly buffers. It gets stuck on "Thank You" after ordering. It is slightly better than ordering on the website. Orders don't go through on the website.

1 ★Food is awesome, app is terrible. Constantly restarts from the beginning when trying to add another item. Even store said to NOT use the app, as they said "not worth a damn"

3 ★Need a favorites section for reordering that is not tied to a store location. Adding a combo should be available on the sandwich screen. Rewards work well.

2 ★I have over 18,000 points and the app is not working properly for me to redeem my reward. I've read some of the other reviews and seem the same problems that i am having. I would like to keep going to Firehouse but I won't unless I can use my rewards now and in the future

2 ★Love your food, love your service! I hate your app so much. Constantly kicked out, frozen, glitchy. I still fight through using it because of how good you guys are with the food and service. C'mon, do better than this app.

1 ★Ordering with this application almost never works. "We're sorry your order cannot be completed...". Constantly!! Until this is resolved and the application is reliable, consider my business lost.

1 ★Unable to use the app. It has added so many rewards that do not go away that every order is an error. Have reached out many times to have these removed only for them to still be there.

1 ★It was never very consistent, but now it consistently won't work. I can add my items to the order but can't checkout.

1 ★The app does not allow you to order. But it does allow you to waste 30 minutes building your cart, before saying "we're sorry, your order could not be completed. Call the store instead."
