1 ★As I try to sign into the downloaded app it like it did for me and others said that there was a problem with my email then it said it was a problem with my password and then it referred me to call a number which I did and was kept on hold with some elevator music and then was cut off so what this tells me is a couple of things I've wasted my money insuring my tickets and I don't have any confidence at all and calling them to recoup my money for the tickets if something were to happen simply because I can't even sign into the website to set up my dog on account so another complaint to the Better Business Bureau of Georgia and I will also follow up with a detailed email to Ticketmaster being that They are promoting this company with all of its flaws so buyer beware!
4 ★I had no problem creating an account and logging in. Hope I don't have to use the app, but if I do, it appears to work. One improvement is to cache any documents once they've been loaded for speedier retrieval in the future.
5 ★Too small to enter my flight dates so I put my flight dates on my computer but they did not transfer to my app. I sent an email to the app people but never heard back. I will attempt again to try and enter the flight information but I'm not sure if I can see the small print.
1 ★How 'diligently' is the team working to correct downloading problems for this app? It said it was downloading to my samsung. After the message that it WAS downloaded, I was/am unable to find it. I tried to download it a second time and i got the message that I had no device(s) to which it could be downloaded. What gives?

3 ★Goodmorning, I downloaded the app, but have never received the email to confirm. I checked spam folder as well. With that being said, I am unable to log in until I confirm the email sent from you.
1 ★Downloaded - 5 min. later uninstalled Unable to setup account... Allowed me to enter my email and setup a password to cheat an account. Then they sent a verification code which I entered (correctly) whithin 45 seconds but was rejected, had it resent but the same story. Can't sign in as guest, so no way to access what you're looking for.
1 ★I purchased a tkt with AA and guided to Allianz travel insurance but was never able to download the app instead I got an email with my info but my travel plan change to a different day but the app is extremely difficult to download, I called and the lady on phone talked to me like I was her child and she hung up, I sent an email to technical support but I have not heard from them.
1 ★Worthless. Like many others have reported, I can't log in. I have a working account on the TravelSmart site but when I try to use it with this app it just says "something went wrong". Yeah, something went wrong, like installing this useless app on my phone.
1 ★Unable to use the verification code they sent to my email address. Everytime I enter the code it tells me it's NOT VALID! Then I get another email with a new verification code which I once again enter and it doesn't recognize it!! 8 emails and verification codes later still doesn't recognize me!!!!
1 ★This app is useless. I'm on a delayed flight and I purchased wifi in order to see if my delay is covered but I can't access anything. I created an account, confirmed my email, but I cant log in because "something went wrong."
1 ★HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!! The worst insurance company out. I had a valid claim as I couldn't take my flight and they somehow found a way in their terms to weasel out of paying. I provided documentation, flight information and reasonable cause yet still their interpretation was it did not meet the requirements. I'll take my chances from now on when I book a flight or I'll try AAA as they helped me more on other occasions involving travel. This business sucks and I'd advise avoiding them at all costs!!
