2 ★Not working on Android Q 5, understandable but frustrating

1 ★Guys, new update is slowing my scooter if it goes over 25km, it auto breaked when i was going down a hill and i almost came off. Too controlling, too restricting.

1 ★There is a major issue with the new firmware just put out for the ninebot es2 put out through this app. The update has disabled the regenerative breaking when the throttle is released. Now when the throttle is released nothing happens and the scooter does not slow, and changing the settings on the app has no effect. Breaking power is also way down and takes a second or two to begin being applied. It's now quite dangerous.

1 ★EDIT: After the new update, i still cannot connect to the ES4 with any Android Phone. I have to use iPhone. ------------------------------ 1 Star Rating will change when problem is fixed. I cannot connect to ES4 Scooter. Bluetooth will not work. I had to use an apple phone to register and activate my scooter. Will change to 5 stars once i can use Android to control my scooter

4 ★You need ssooooo much more information on the medals, the coins what they do how to get them. what do you spend the coins on? I've been riding for 22kms now, how come I haven't received my first medal yet? there's no information available on the internet.

1 ★doesn't work with xiaomi m365; purchased my m365 and was told this was the "go-to" app to manage it as Xiaomi and Segway are effectively the same scooter and owned by the same company. App looked good however on scanning it comes up with unsupported model and wont let me go any further than the scanning page. Now using the Mi Home app which is a lot more basic.

5 ★Very good ride I use it every day (es1 w/external battery) and sometimes I have to go around 30km and it still work great.

1 ★Terrible functionality. Impossible to register. I've created a login ID but the verification code will not send to my email. I had to get a code from tech support. Then I go to login and get the message, "this account does not exist". Then I go to register and get the message, "this account already exists". I'm in some limbo where my account both exists and doesn't exist according to their system. Their customer service is useless. It's been months and the issue is unresolved.

1 ★Update: I'm really pissed off now. I updated the software and now my N1S2 will not move at all. I can't go forward or backwards. It connects fine. I rebalanced it. It seems I look for more fixes than I ride this thing. I'm getting pissed off. Now what hell am I supposed to do?

1 ★App tracks your location every 10 minutes, at all times. Why is that data recorded and who has access to it? This is true even after a fresh start of your phone, so the app always does that. Avoid!
