RTSP Camera Server Pro is an application that runs on your device. It will allow people to connect to your phone to view the live camera source.Turn any phone or tablet into a private security monitor device.
You have control over the port number and user authentication for the server. You can have open or closed connection. Open will allow anyone to connect without a userid/password. Closed requires userid/password.
RTSP Camera Server Pro supports switching between the front and back cameras. Allows you to adjust white balance and exposure. Supports Portrait and Landscape modes.

Run RTSP Camera Server Pro on your device. It will accept client connections. It will display the IP address. Use this IP for the viewer to connect to.

Use any RTSP viewer application such as vlc on mobile phone or desktop application. Enter the IP address of the server and connect and start monitoring.
