Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★It's not that useful, and there are much better apps out there, so I will probably uninstall it. The RV parks near me are all mobile home parks filled with permanent residents, even though there are state parks nearby, so it's not useful on that front. The RV service listing brings up Lance authorized service dealers who are a minimum of an hour's drive away, but there are reputable RV service dealers as close as 3 miles from where I live, so it's not useful on that front either (and I've gone to the nearest Lance dealer before - I'm not that impressed). It lets you list your Lance RV, but all that seems to do is allow you to link to your owner's manual - which is not specific to your model of Lance, it's a generic Lance owner's manual (the same that came with my camper). I didn't try the route finding, but if it's bringing up mobile home parks for RVs, but not state parks, then I really don't want to waste my time. The Maintenance List is simply a reminder list that you can put into Outlook or other calendar program yourself - it's not a list of suggested maintenance that you can check off, so what is the point of this menu item? Similarly, the Checklist is something you have to build yourself, so why not do that in Outlook or some other program as well (I already have a checklist in Excel that I print out and keep in the camper). Overall, I'm not impressed. You can get better info on RV Trip Wizard or even Google or the AroundMe app.
