2 ★This app used to be excellent. Now suddenly it hangs when I launch it after setting up a new sensor. Super lame because the iPhone app does not have that problem.

4 ★I haven't received notifications from the app in over a year. They are setup and used to work, but now it doesn't matter how bad the air gets, no notifications. They still send me emails offering to sell new devices, so they aren't completely shutdown. The servers went down a couple of months ago for the some hours. I contacted support and they were able to resolve the issue fairly promptly.

2 ★It's a good device and app, but #1 they took away ifttt integration which felt like a bait and switch because it's the reason I went with this device in the first place. They still have archived info on their site which makes it seem like it's still functioal - but it's not. #2 the app connectivity is diminishing. It's currently not connecting despite other devices operating normally. The disconnections have become more frequent. It feels like the company is about to go under honestly.

3 ★OK app and sensor quality. But everything goes through Awair network, and their servers have degraded recently, and device fails to connect often. History data has been missing for days. Notifications are waporware, there are simply none. As sensors go, I find Awair Element reasonably precise, CO2 does reflect human presence, VOC reacts on cooking, and PM2.5 on my parrot flying by. The app is reasonable, but the Trends graph (when the service does work) could benefit from weekly display + zoom.

1 ★Update: No longer will connect to any WiFi network. Can't even use it as a clock. Unfortunately going to throw it in the garbage

3 ★UX could be significantly better; when opening a sensor, it immediately shows Disconnected and I have to wait for 10 seconds for it to display the data - this happens every time.

1 ★I got my device 2 days ago and the app says the service is down, while the awair website says everything is working. Really want to like device and service, but will be returning soon if support doesn't reply.
