1 ★Ridiculous region locking that is invasive and stupidly restrictive for people that move countries. I am in China and bought the scale from Taobao, installed English app from Google play for easier understanding. Scale worked great until hours later when a pop up declared that my device would be deactivated because the company thinks I'm "out of the appropriate region". Furious!!
5 ★Wow...just woow. Scale is very precise and what is really important is that the results are explained and you dont have to search online for their meaning. You just look at them and all is clear. App User Interface is excelent! Way to go developers! Thank you for this wonderful product!
1 ★The app does not connect scales to Wi-Fi. Wi-fi name cannot be typed in, network cannot be selected, therefore no wi-fi connection. My smart scales are "just scales". As the app has been released with critical bugs, I don't trust the whole system and the brand.
1 ★This app still locked and require user to provide payment info to unlock the app. the problem is i get this product as a present from someone else and dont have the payment prove to show. Highly not recommend to buy this product because of the absurd service provided.

2 ★For 2 weeks its switched my scale to kg. If I disconnect and use the scale it will stay in lbs but as soon as it connects it switches the scale to kg while recording to the app in lbs. My app is set to lbs and there's nothing I can do to fix it.
1 ★All I get is system error on the app, I can't connect to the scale with Bluetooth and can't delete account to try and reset..... Currently no good to anyone.... Disappointing to say the least... Complete lack of trouble shooting info... Emailed but no response yet
5 ★update broke it, as soon as you try to weigh the app crashes, no errors just closes. managed to remove the app and restore the previous version, everything working normally again. new update 3.8.2 does seem to properly, thanks for fixing it.
1 ★requires too many permissions that it does not actually need!!! given that it has an internet connection you automatically face the risk of leaking your data to the internet!!! do not work if the permissions are not granted!
1 ★Weight is itself not accurate....there are fluctuations in subsequent measurement of range from 100 -600 gm even taken every minute..if weight itself is not accurate and is flexible everytime we measure so what can i say for other index. App is ohkay but I really doubt about its accuracy.

1 ★Having received this from my aunt for Christmas I was very excited to use it. Though I got a warning saying that my device not be available in my country, but was also told I could file a complaint within the app so I could maybe use it again. (I live in Denmark) I filed the complaint 9/1-2020 and was told that it would be resolved within 3 working days. Today on the 18/1-2020 my device is now locked and I cannot use my weight for anything now. Really disappointed in this.
