De BackOfficer app is de meest volledige flexportal van Nederland!
De app is volledig ingericht op alle wensen van BackOfficer met maar 1 doel: Uitzenders laten
groeien! De BackOfficer app is een verlengstuk van de e-UUR portal welke voor BackOfficer op maat
is gemaakt. De volgende features zijn via de BackOfficer app beschikbaar; digitaal op contract nemen,
actieoverzicht, uitzendtools met digitale ondertekening van onder meer arbeidscontracten en
inleenovereenkomsten. Alles natuurlijk volledig rechtsgeldig en volgens de juiste CAO.
In de BackOfficer app kunnen uitzendkrachten gewerkte uren bijhouden, urenbriefjes bekijken, maar
ook loonstroken en overige documenten inzien. De app is voorzien van een start-stop-functie met
GPS, waarmee de uitzendkracht aan kan geven hoe laat zijn werkzaamheden op een specifieke dag
beginnen en eindigen. Tevens kunnen onkosten en reserveringen worden geschreven en kan de
uitzendkracht ook de nodige foto’s of documenten uploaden.
Inleners kunnen middels de app urenbriefjes desgewenst goedkeuren, het dossier inzien waaronder
de facturen.
De uitzender kan kandidaten via de BackOffice app inschrijven en razendsnel met alle
uitzendkrachten communiceren middels pushnotificaties. Mocht een uitzendkracht de app niet
hebben geïnstalleerd, dan ontvangt deze gewoon een e-mail.
