En Italia con el nombre TRATTORIA se definen unos restaurantes de pequeño tamaño y de gestión familiar. Los más típicos se encuentran en los pueblos y se caracterizan por su comida casera y su ambiente relajado ideal para las familias.Por esto, en el año 2010, pensamos abrir la TRATTORIA DI PEPPE; vimos la necesidad de instalar un restaurante en Cornellá donde poder degustar una comida tradicional tanto italiana como española y al mismo tiempo poder ofrecer la posibilidad de pasar una noche entre “vecinos”.
Hemos añadido, por las mañanas, un servicio de desayunos con cafés de exquisito aroma y cafés con leche muy cremosos acompañados de caseros bocadillos de pan que cocinamos cada mañana.
A mediodía con platos que se cocinan de manera tradicional, como hacían la nonna y la yaya, servimos un menú dando importancia a la calidad y a la elaboración de los alimentos manteniendo un precio muy accesible.
El ambiente más relajado lo aprovechamos los viernes y sábados noches en un contexto más familiar. Nuestros clientes podrán degustar platos típicos de Italia cocinados al horno de leña, una gran variedad de pastas combinadas con salsas elaboradas directamente por nosotros y sabrosísimas pizzas cocinadas al horno de leña.
