1 ★Delivery for physical Bonuslink card very slower. Until now i'm doesn't receive any postage Bonuslink card. New update. BonusLink now so worst. Now I'm unable to log in and error. App popup prompt me to call Bonuslink customer service. Physical card also never received.
1 ★Lousy App.. 1. Try to fill inquiry form, when try to attach image. Keep asking me to allow the camera permission although already granted. 2. Convert points to PlusMiles forever "processing". 3. App response time = slow 4. Always crash.
3 ★This app has a serious delayed slow response in every command you give. Hardly experience app so slow nowadays, feels like going back to those times more than a decade ago.
1 ★Purchased petrol voucher but it doesn't show in my wallet. Contacted customer service but no respond at all. Keep chatting with stupid AI, no option to contact human. Whatapps chat high traffic till now no any respond yet.

1 ★This is a horrible apps. Bugs, lagging user unfriendly. I hate the go back feature after I click on a redemption gift. It will go back to the top and I have to scroll down again to where I stopped. "Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We will take them into account to further improve on our Android App user experience". We prefer to hear you have solved the issues, not the above same old words.
5 ★Easy to use. Points updated real time. Login problem? Initially yes, bcos of confusion with the app pin and the website login pin, they are not the same. Install the app on the phone that you are using, entering the sim number where the app is installed for the OTP, otherwise you'll get error when login even after entering the OTP. The app only runs on android 7 and above.

1 ★Keep unable to login, request change pin and want to reset password but keep prompt out error unable to change new password after received OTP. The app very suck.
1 ★Just tried downloaded this BLINK App but not successful registered, received OTP but then stated wrong pin no even after tried few times. Just wondered when was i setup the pin since this is the 1st time downloaded BLINK. So i need to call svc centre. Why i feel this is wasting my time just to have this App? Thought BLINK would be another option of SETEL. nvm uninstall.
1 ★Please fix the "verify" button i can't varify after downloading this app on my new device.
2 ★I really wonder if this app has been tested by anyone other than the developer before release. Not a smart idea to use birthday as the PIN, especially as it's part of the IC no. Doesn't seem possible to change the default PIN and interface to set your PIN is a mess. Can only think the management of bonus link is brain dead for signing this off.
