4 ★overall good shopping experience. Easy to return items. They notify about sizing if they are smaller which means most of the time the clothes fit. If the estimated dates for delivery could be more accurate I would rate 5 stars.

3 ★You have to check what you buy, some things are rubbish but some great value and good quality. Don't buy if you are in a hurry to receive the item cause delivery usually takes ages. But still a good app for good bargains.

3 ★Ordered shoes for a wedding. Too slow missed out and arrived five weeks later. Site needs to have more than just one photo of shoes or clothing with a closer shot would be easier for customers. Cosmetics and skincare should include where it is made.

1 ★If you could no stars I would. Ordered two item early November 19 and still hasn't arrived...comms people just keep saying thank you for your patience to my request for a refund. Will be deleting the app if they ever arrive.

5 ★Love the deals, love the app, never had any issues with products and the service.. And i can shop from the comfort of home, work and anywhere else I may be. 😊

5 ★Customer service is prompt, friendly, very supportive and fast at actioning a return or complaint. So much variety too, I look forward to see the exciting new products.

2 ★Love the sales, hate that it is slow and won't load. Sometimes you have to restart the app a few times before it will load properly.

3 ★Great deals but delivery times have increasingly become incorrect - my last 2 orders have been 2-4 weeks late. So if you don't mind the wait, the deals are awesome.

4 ★Combining different products from different suppliers in one order has always resulted in one or more products not being delivered. NZ sale eventually processes the refund, however I am sure in this day and age they can manage such orders better.

4 ★I've found NZ Sale to be easy and no hassles. If there happens to be any concerns with delivery or product the online staff are usually very prompt to help sort out any queries or concerns I have had.

2 ★Ordered super king sheets and was sent king. Sent them back and got my refund on item but not the expensive shipping. Waste of money and time. Useless company. Didn't even get an apology for the hassle and muck around!

1 ★very very cheap service. deliveries are always late and most of the things comes after weeks of last date of delivery. no good customer service & no one responding for your problems. very much annoyed with my last order which didn't receive yet.
