1 ★If and when the app decides to load, it runs ridiculously slow. Majority of the time, the app doesn't open at all and stays on the loading screen. Have had to uninstall and install again 3 times in the last 2 weeks just for it to work.
1 ★Terrible. Boohoo sales must have dropped tremendously. App will not load. If you do manage to get on it is going back to home screen and not returning to your original place. Managed to place one order in 6 months. Ready to give up trying now! Sort it out please!!
3 ★I can't use the app at all!!!!!! Just sticks on loading all the time. I go through Google, but it's an inconvenience and definitely needs rectified ASAP as the purpose of online shopping is convenience, so I tend not to even bother anymore! Which is a shame.
4 ★Edit: app has been working great for months now* Account appears to be down. Everytime I order using Paypal or bank details and click "pay now" it instantly wipes everything from my basket, takes me to boohoo homepage and no order is placed. Tried multiple time, cleared phone cache, reinstalled app, used desktop version. At stale mate now and no bloody clothes for the engagement party or Graduation party I am attending!
1 ★The app just won't load!! I have been trying to use it for the last 30 minutes, it doesn't need updating yet I'm just stuck on the loading screen and can't use the app at all. It's a shame as I'll need to delete the app which means no purchases from boohoo in the future.

I'm this close to uninstalling... can't select deals from notification drop down bar, doesn't open unless I open from app store, can't see recommended outfits anymore, can't list it all! Please fix it 🙏 Take that back now app doesn't open even from app store 😒
1 ★The app no longer opens. It's constantly stuck on the loading page, which means nobody can get any bargains or use discount codes. And nothing is being done about it!! You will lose a lot of custom if this continues
1 ★9 out of 10 times it doesn't load properly and you can't even get into the app. Once you do get into the app it's so terribly slow and also glitches super bad. Not sure what they've done to it but it's painful to use now.
1 ★Not good. App keeps crashing, keep losing what's in basket. Search and filter functions are useless, keep sending you back to the main menu. Links from emails don't work. Site is not much better, used to quite like boohoo but it's not worth the effort now. Keeps asking for push notifications, what's the point if the app doesn't work properly.
2 ★Excellent quality. Really good with their sizing. Excellent delivery service, BUT struggled for a while now to got on the app all it does is spin just will not load
1 ★Used to be great, now it always takes forever. You can never go on the app to shop or do returns unless you try about 20 times faults have not been fixed on the 19th December if they did work it's was probably for a day or two

Remains hit and miss even after recent bug fixes, infact since fixes, on occasion, takes 20mins to open or not atall. Have uninstalled , reinstalled , tried different settings , nothing improves it. Oddly opens perfectly everytime from Google play open tab??? . Customers will go elsewhere. Really needs an overhaul, so it works well All the time.
