1 ★App kept timing out during payment process. Hold authorizations on Paypal and bank pend while no gift cards have processed. Afraid to try again (in case they're still trying to process)......I will have bought 4- $100 gift cards vs 1. Ugh! Switched over to GIFTLY and bought within seconds with no issue.
1 ★Took down my first critical review so I'll post again. They did not reimburse me after my purchases were made (I received a $100 Doordash gift) and their customer service site just endlessly loads. When you try to call the number it redirects you to the site. I've never had a dev respond by taking down a review, truly incredible. Do not use this service.
1 ★Received a gift card but can't access it because it keeps saying error. So I downloaded the app thinking it would be easier to retrieve but then it just keeps saying sms delivery fail when I try to verify the code it sends me.

1 ★This is a SCAM! BEWARE My sister bought me 3x 100.00 virtual gift cards to GrubHub. I got notification and a text message. It said that I received three separate $100 gift cards. And when I checked the balance, the balance was $0. And couldn't even use them. I got this as a gift because I was diagnosed with cancer, and it was to make life easier on the hard days. Now she's trying to get her money back! BEWARE

1 ★absolutely biggest scam I've ever seen!! seriously beware!! they charge you a processing fee to purchase gift then you can only use them by linking your debit card to the account then using your debit card at the store where you selected the gift card then they reimbursed you eventually for the amount spent on your debit card at that store, or you can supposedly instantly cash out to your bank account using zelle for a $4 FEE BUT MAY TAKE UP TO 24 HOURS OR MORE FOR THE FUNDS TO SHOW UP IN YOUR
3 ★App was difficult to use ,and at times I felt like it was fishy due to the amount of information they need just to use your gift card. However i switched my gift card to recieve a Visa in the mail. Arrived on time, no complaints with it so far.
1 ★Needed to send someone an Uber gift card. Claims to send immediately but it took 2 days. That ride raff needed immediately not 2 days later. And it just credits your debit card the amount sent, which did not register or work with Uber so I ended up being my money back instead of the Emergemcy ride home that was actually needed. Not cool at all
1 ★Truly a scam I purchased 2 gift yas for my 2 grandchildrens birthday and although the link shows the ability to cancel which I did as the recipients didn't open or accept the cards I am now told youncannot cancel or get your money back. Be very careful with this organization. They are a scam and not up front with their terms they essentially stole my money. Again be careful!!!!
