Completely customize your dog’s feedback directly in the app. Preventions (Warning, Boundary, then Emergency) communicate the existence of a boundary that your dog should keep away from. Your pup will only receive Prevention Feedback while moving toward danger; as soon as they stop, turn around, or head back home, the Halo Collar’s advanced internal logic plays customizable Encouragements to tell your dog they’re doing a great job. 2 ★2 Stars for the design. Didn't work for me. For close to $900 ($790 w/discount) this collar should function perfectly. Customer service was very responsive with my issues and eventual return of the product. I'd be pissed if I were Cesar Milan.
1 ★The GPS accuracy on this thing is terrible. Poor pup was getting beeped at and zapped for sitting right where she should be. But this thing thought she was in the middle of the neighbor's yard.
4 ★Good communications but the design of the collar needs to be re-thought for rugged and super active dogs like mine. I like the system overall but decided to return it until the collar is built tougher.
1 ★Unless you have $1,000 to spare for your dog this app isn't worth downloading. The caller is hella expensive! I downloaded the app so I could use the training part, you can't train your dog with out the collar.

5 ★The best new product on the market for dog owners. No fences. No wires. No worries. Halo will change how your dog experiences the world. And it's easy to learn! We had Maple trained to his new Halo collar in about a week. We could not be more pleased.
1 ★The app doesn't work. It won't let me save pet's name or go any further. I downloaded on release date, December 15, 2020. Called and rep tried to help. She said she would have tech call that day. Didn't. Didn't call next day. Left messages on Facebook, website and phone. Not one response. Very disappointed.
