2 ★The app does as you would expect. It's a great tool to check on your shop, process orders, modify themes and so on. What it doesn't do well is notify you through push notifications whatsoever. I ensured permissions were enabled for all push notifications and yet, everytime our store received a sale... No push notification. Aggravating that a simple feature like this doesn't work.
5 ★Shopify app works great for me, every now and then I might get some filtering when I have to switch to different things but it's not that bad & it doesn't last that long, it could use a better editing tool it's not enough fun options or colors... Also I would like to update the app when I need to with out having to uninstalling it... But other than that it works fine...
1 ★missing notifications! all of a sudden not getting notifications of sales. thankfully I check my email throughout the day otherwise I would have missed several orders over the past couple or days! reinstall did nothing. dont bother trying to add or edit a product - description goes haywire & skips lines. again - thankful I prefer my desktop for this, & only edit something on app when needed but for those that use app - go to your pc for this
3 ★The App glitches alot when adding product. No internet connection warning comes up for no reason. Also, after I've already completed a listing the quantity I added goes back to zero, then I have to go in again and change quantity. Another painful lack of a feature is no predictive text when I am adding a new product to Shopify. It would save so much time if predictive text was present for new listings being added.
3 ★*New review, we HATE the new inventory "update". It is so confusing. I just want to be able to ADD# Major bug in the description field of products. When I go in to edit, the app moves my cursor mid sentence or addddddddddddsssssssss a ton of blank lines. Terrible. Makes it so I can't even use the app to create products, I am forced to use the computer. Shopify any info on if this is going to be fixed? **Supposedly updated in version 9.94.1 but I have version 9.97.0 and it still has this issue.
1 ★Absolute money scam! I signed up for a free trial after which I'd pay 29.99/MO, however, I was never able to figure the app out enough to open any store or sell any products as that all costs extra also! I tried to cancel before my trial ended only to hit a wall, stating I can't close with an outstanding balance! I was then billed every single month there after, if it didn't go thru, bc I didn't have the funds they charged me every hour on the hour non stop! Don't waste your time is all scam
1 ★Live view has stopped working. Infinite loading spinner. The app was pretty good when it used to work. I'd love to see the "live view" with page count bar graph on the regular desktop/browser admin page. It sucks that only some important admin features are ONLY on the mobile app. And when the mobile app breaks, that impacts business for me.
5 ★Best!! A lot of people think the fees here are more than etsy but I have had both accounts and after a month if etys you basically pay for the basic pack on here and let me just say that Shopify is much better. They're simple to use and they support team is incredible. I never got this much help and support from etsy. So if you're on the fence, just pick shopify. At the end of they day the fees are about the same for each site, but shopify wins with flying colors with everything else. 🖤💯
5 ★The WordPress of ecommerce... Shopify has been my ecommerce platform of choice for over 5 years. I've tried and tested many web / store platforms & Shopify has them beat. This wonderful app is easy and fun to use. Basicslly, it's the backend of your business for your phone or tablet. I've no complaints. (Some options like updating products may be an issue if you have an unsupported or outdated browser).
1 ★I tried to use Shopify, I learned more about drop shipping from My issue came when I went to deactivate. I was very specific that I wanted the store closed, it was said I had a balance. I was charged anyway and offered options instead of closing. I continue to state that I wanted to close. I was still being charged even though I requested the account to be closed in March. It took 4 months to close. They say they don't give refunds and the could not locate a charge
1 ★Shopify looks promising in the beginning, but as soon as you try to deactivate store, they as for a password. The password you put will always be incorrect, even though you are doing it write. As you can deactivate the store, they will keep debiting the amount from your bank account unless you stop the auto debit. So before giving them the payment details be aware of the fact I mentioned above.
4 ★The recent update of my main homepage with live view is AWFUL. It also takes forever to load now. Go back to the original design. It worked perfectly and didn't need changing. Now it is stuck saying I have an order to fulfillwhen I don't and I have to go into my orders to actually check each time. The total amount shown keeps changing also. And I've had zero sales so the number should be zero for the day. It's off and not accurate. Live view never loads. It's the same when using my laptop!
