Plantifier is a free community based plant image recognition app. It allows you to upload a photo of an unknown plant. The users of the MyGarden.org community behind this free tool will try to recognise the plant photo as soon as possible and give you an answer to your question!

How to install Plantifier APK on Android phone or tablet?

Download Plantifier APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

Update Phone Settings

Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK

Go to Downloads

Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files

5 ★I moved to a new house and have several plants that were cut down. I uploaded a photo and had multiple people identify my cut down bush/tree when it was barely blooming. Now that spring has hit and it started sprouting I can tell they were all correct. Hopefully will be helpful with my others. Love this app. Not sure why so many low ratings.

1 ★I started out liking this app, but after using it for a while I've come to the conclusion that it is useless. Most of the pictures come with no description, are of mediocre quality, and the app has a fixed zoom which is useless as well. The most important fact is that most of the submissions remain unidentified because there are few attempts at identification. Most of the photographs submitted have zero responses.

1 ★I tried to use this app to identify a seed....I put the picture up days ago and nothing. I don't know who is supposed to be identifying it, but it's not worth the time or effort to download and make an account

1 ★I installed app, and its in a different language. I tried looking for settings to change language. Its useless if I can't understand what it says!!

2 ★Gave me some razmatazz registration error, so I can't tell them that those plants obviously weren't marijuana. This would be an ideal use for Crowd sourcing, if there was actually a crowd. Or at least more than a jokester stoner and maybe a single expert too lazy to spend an hour zipping through the mostly garden center plants in a couple hours. The app itself is poor, as a plant may be identified with a specific scientific name, or one single common name. And there's no room for notes.

1 ★Useless. Great idea, but poor design concept. There's no terms, no way to re-register, find a lost password, etc. I hope you didn't win any prizes fro app development, cuz you fell a couple hundred (back)yards short. Uninstalling.
