1 ★Unable to log in after the latest update, the app shows that my password is incorrect, despite the fact that I've never changed my password. Fine. Requested to reset password, it took forever to receive the email. When finally received the email, click on the link, and it's already expired. 🤦🏻♀️
1 ★After the update, this app keep crash..cannot book any ticket and while in the process the app suddenly stopped..'Connection timeout' keep pop out when my internet just fine..Limit time is 9 minutes but I only start about 2 minutes then why suddenly timeout? Previous version much better, new rule for Guest which they need to keep register their name everytime open this app for this new version unless u register as a member..
1 ★Previous version works fine. This version really sucks. Not just the app keep on crash and long loading time, it just can't link with my member card for no reason. Additionally, i am not sure if TGV had changed their IT team, cut budget etc, the website and app always down and under maintenance. And bare in mind, i mentioned ALWAYS!!!!
1 ★don't use this app, it just keep on non stop loading and won't go into the app. i use this app to online booking ticket, the app refuse to open when showtime, made me miss the movies and me pay rm17.50 for nothing. it doesn't send any booking confirmation email anymore. i will not use or recommended this app to anybody in the near future.
1 ★Cannot log in to my profile. Required to key in OTP number says that will be send to my number or my email. I've waited for hours to received the OTP number on my email. But unfortunately the OTP number is already expired. So how am I supposed to buy tickets online if cannot log in. I make complaint but no response. Now at 2pm, Tuesday, 14/05/2019 I can't even open my apps. Please do rectify. I've preferred the old version which is easy for me to access
1 ★1. Slower response time compared to the previous version tgv app. Redundant "i" icon that doesn't provide any valuable info, e.g. cinema type LUXE. When selecting seats, I have to manually adjust number of seats for adults and kids (deduct first then only can add) instead of automated numbers like previous version. Lastly, tgv app always lagging
1 ★There are more rooms for improvement!! Error occurred during the transaction via online banking and caused late update in my account. Once the data is updated, the seat was different from the selected seat. Then, what's the point of paying more online just to conveniently book it at home but ended up with more inconvenience? Please fix the bug/error for better apps performance.
1 ★Why I can't enter this app, now my card is missing, when I want to renew your staff said no more new card n need to use this app only. But when I want to enter it stated that 'my session has timed out. Please try again.' Then they say need to reinstall n install I've done it before n still the same. Please help to improve your app for us to enjoy your movie better.

Before the update I had no issue and had been using the app for online booking numerous times. Now, unable to use the app at all. Please fix this app immediately. Very poor update.
1 ★Update: it seems that this app still have the same problem as I last posted and GSC has at least reply me that they'll attend to their problem. Quite disappointing that TGV didn't have new updates that fix the app. I love TGV but the recent few updates has really made the app worse. Interface is messy now and the app either crash or told me "connection time out" 90% of the time. Very inconvenient and disappointing, I hope it will improve soon!
1 ★At 1st i downloaded this apps few years ago(forgotten when) i couldn't login to my id. Finally feel months later the problem fix, then now again the same problem appear, even the worst cause i couldn't even change my password. But at the same time i could log in to my id by tgv website. So i dunno what is the actual usage for the apps.
1 ★it was good at first.but recently begin to show "unfortunately has stopped".did try to install and uninstall it back.work once.and it went back to the same problem again when i was about to make other purchase.Love the new look but just a waste when it keep repeating the same problem.I dont have any problem with the other Apps on my phone inculding others (GSC and MBO cinemas).but urs getting me irriated.
