1 ★Receiving the same e-mails with the same offers over and over again, many of them not even being relevant anymore. Seems like they send e-mails to annoy the user. I will totally uninstall it. When using the website, the PC always crashes when enlarging the photos. Useless.
3 ★A great idea but a bit buggy, also you need to have separate sections for 'swaps' and rentals, however not separating 1 bedroom apartments from the others (I want to search both). Also you could really use a native English speaker, it's really fully of poor translations and Denglisch.
4 ★Great app! Tips to improve : - put the work address and calculate public transit time of commute based on the apartment address. This would be amazing. - better notifications when people send messages - directly translate the ads if we choose to. -choose minimum amount of time to stay
4 ★The app makes the desktop features way easyer to handle. And messages are ofcoure mobile accessible. Thats a big plus! BUT Big minus is still: when i close the text-window all the unsent message is lost. I have often lost big texts due to a misclick, crash, etc.
5 ★This app is great for searching rooms in every city in Germany. Just some ads need to be more clear with photos. It should be compulsory to upload photos of the apartment before posting the ad. Otherwise great response!👍🏻
1 ★The app fails to connect to the internet by any means and thus is completely useless to me. Web page works. I can't find any option to provide logs. Android 9. I just skimmed through other reviews: Don't even think about copy pasting your generic reply here too. This has been an ongoing issue for ages and you know it! You admitted it in some replies and denied it in others. Your readiness is poor and lacks enthusiasm. Fix your app and stop fooling your customers by giving them empty replies.
4 ★I have used this app to successfully find appartments a few times. Unfortunately, there are a couple of scammers and questionable offers, but they don't overburden the offer. For studio appartments, however, there are too many people interested in swapping appartments only.
4 ★Great app to look for apartments but difficult to view the advertisements that we have already contacted with. The interface can be more user friendly and thus it would be easier to use the app.
4 ★Very basic app that does what it promises. Sometimes a little strange but it is a very good search app that helps you find flats quickly with very precise filters.
4 ★Quite like the WG app, translation feature and mapping are amazing. Wish they would incorporate search by map, plotting properties on a geo search, as some other flat search sites have done. Other than that, it's perfect 👌

5 ★EDIT: Problem has been solved, the app works well now. ___________________________ _____________________ ______________ Unfortunately, the app tells me that I'm offline when trying to sign in or search for shared apartments -- however, I know that it's not true as I have a Wifi connection which works for everything else that I need internet for. I hope this can be corrected soon.. I like the convenience of the website version and still hope to be able to use the mobile version soon
