علـى إثر الظلم والانتهاكات التي يتعرض لهـا العمال والموظفين من قبل الدولة وأرباب العمل وما يشهده الوضع السياسي والنقابي بسبب غياب القوانين العادلة التي تحمـي العمال ونقاباتهم مما ادى الـى تراجع الحريات النقابية وايمانا منا بالعدالة الاجتماعية التي تضمن الحياة الكريمة فـي ظل التقلبات بالمشهد السياسيفقد قررت مجموعة من الناشطين النقابيين وناشطي المجتمع المدني
الذين يؤمنون بالحريات النقابية في عموم عراقنا العزيز تأسيس مركزاً مهنياً غير ربحي يعمل على رصد وتوثيق الانتهاكات التي يتعرض العمال والموظفين بالاضافة الى تقديم الدعم المعنوي والنفسي لهم من خلال تقديم الاستشارات والدراسات لأجل توفير البيئة المناسبة والعمل على تعزيز مفاهيم الديمقراطية وبناء السلام لضمان حقوق هذه الفئة المهمشة
