Mit der neuen App erhalten sowohl Einheimische als auch Urlauber Informationen über die Stadt sowie Auskünfte zu Bereichen wie „Points of Interest“, Shops, Gastronomiebetriebe, Hotels und Veranstaltungen.Entwickelt wurde die App von Webwerk, in Zusammenarbeit mit der Stadt Klagenfurt am Wörthersee sowie der Fachhochschule Kärnten.
Die App beinhaltet allgemeine Informationen sowie die Funktion „Bürgerdraht“. Diese Funktion ermöglicht dem App-Nutzer einen direkten „Draht zur Stadtpolitik“. So können Nutzer sehr schnell Ihre Anliegen und Wünsche inklusive optionalem Foto und Standort online melden.
Weitere Inhalte der App sind die Funktionen „Points of Interest“, Shops, Gastronomiebetriebe, Hotels und Veranstaltungen. Die Inhalte können dabei in verschiedenen Kartenansichten dargestellt werden.
