A simple, no frills prayer list app to keep track of active prayers and answered prayers.

* Add prayers and update existing ones
* Mark prayers as answered
* See how long it took for a prayer to be answered

This was a personal project that I decided to share with others. Hope you like it!

* Some have asked for a lock feature that would require a password to be entered to use the app. You can accomplish this by using the "Smart App Protector" app from the Play Store and setting it to lock Prayer List. You can also set it to prevent the screen from sleeping while the app is open. I'm not the author of Smart App Protector and can't offer any support using it, just wanted to pass along the information.

How to install Prayer List APK on Android phone or tablet?

Download Prayer List APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

Update Phone Settings

Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK

Go to Downloads

Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (bs.howdy.PrayerList-v1.0.0-ApkClean.apk)
Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

I'm taking a hiatus from social media & this is a productive & Godly way to fill the void when I need to click & scroll through something. 4 ★Would love to prioritize or put in order but, since author was just sharing what he made for himself, it wouldn't be fair to expect more. This app is so handy and I'm so grateful for the developer's generosity! :-) If developer does updates, may I suggest a Share option?

5 ★Simple and so useful as we all want to keep those we care about in prayer for their physical and Spiritual needs. So easy to be negligent and forgetful.

4 ★allows me to imput all of my prayers and expand on each one. wish it had a customizable feature allowing me to sort and organize the way i want. when you add a new prayer it automatically goes to bottom of list. would like to be able to place it in the order i want. great app besides that

4 ★This is a very good app for helping jumpstart your prayer life. It has helped mine tremendously. However, it does beg for some additional features. Now that my prayer list is growing, there is a need for categorizing prayer requests (people, work, health, nation, etc.). This would help me enormously in allowing me to focus my prayer life. Also, the ability to add praise reports to prayers (both answered and current) would be a big help. Nonetheless, this is an excellent little app that can help you a lot.

4 ★I do love having this app, but there are couple things I would like to see: 1) be able to color code your prayers 2) be able to automatically transfer your prayers to answered without having to retype them. Add these and I'll give a 5 rating.

4 ★Does what it says it does. It works. Wish it had an export / import feature and backup / restore. My phone had to be replaced and the only way I could preserve my prayer list was to hand copy it.

5 ★Great app for keeping up with prayers! Suggestions...add ability to long press and adjust priority, and maybe a different list for daily prayers :)
