Die App „Leipzig ´89“ macht die Ereignisse der Friedlichen Revolution sicht- und hörbar und somit auch sinnlich erfahrbar. GPS-gestützte Karten und Routennavigation leiten den Nutzer direkt zu den einzelnen Stationen. Mittels QR-Codes an den Stelen kann die App direkt auf mobile Endgeräte heruntergeladen oder die jeweilige Station direkt aufgerufen werden.
