1 ★Be Careful if you don't have Rent Agreement. I was paying my rent regularly for 3 months using this app and all of a sudden, they asked me for the rent agreement which I don't have and neither have time to create one as it was already 10th and my house owner started calling me for rent. So they deduct 825 Rs from my paid rent and refund the remaining amount. Though I was on the wrong end as I didn't read the TnC before paying rent but this should be highlighted on app when someone pays rent.
1 ★This aap is total time waist app.I tried to use no customers sopport, don't understand issue/ concern. They do not perform what you committed or showing. this is really disgusting. Details provided but they had charged 3 time on amout and still revers transaction they are charging without providing any services. Called many time but no one now the issue at there support end. So not be try this app. Hope this app die soon Yours unsatisfied respond doesn't change anything.Don't respond RATTU TAOTA

1 ★Beware: Never do payment with Nobroker if you don't have rental agreement. They kept my amount on hold and deducted the transaction charges and refunded remaining balance.
5 ★Easy to use, payment was done quickly. With the reduced income in this lockdown, being able to pay rent through my card was really helpful. I will update this review later depending on how the reward points system behaves.
1 ★One of the biggest fraud app every time they just put money on hold.. and ask for different things.. such a cheap app who just deduct service charges twice. One at the time of paying and other when they refund you.. How can you expect rental agreement because most of them do not make here.. the landlord just took my Id and resident proof that's all.. they never asked for rental agreement .. I am never gonna use this app.. they are big fraud in the name of no broker they are looting money
1 ★This is the worst app. It blocks almost every transaction and holds amount for long long days. After holding amount for such a long time they will refund after deducting their charges. I strongly recommend not to use it.

I didn't find any way to know past transactions and payment in the app. Other wise it's good app. Normally I am paying with cred, this app have less processing fees than cred.
