Little Dragons Academy is a brand new long day care centre, which is a privately owned and family managed business. The centre caters for children ranging from 6 weeks of age to 6 years.The centre is divided into 2 levels. The first level is called St George Baby Dragons, is divided into 2 age groups and caters for 36 children per day. These are the 0 – 2 years and the 2 – 3 years. The second level is called St George Junior Dragons and also caters for 36 children per day and these are 3 – 6 years.
We are licensed for 72 children per day. We Open Monday to Friday for 52 weeks a year and only close on weekends and public holidays.
We have ensured that we have enough resources and facilities to cater for your family and children’s wellbeing and safety. We also have ensured that our managers and directors are well trained and educated to help train and educate other staff members, providing good quality advice and knowledge to families and to engage children in a strong and high quality program. Through consistent observations and programming, we will strive to meet each child’s individual needs to ensure that they are engaging in challenging learning experiences which develop their pre existing knowledge and skills and also at the same time having fun. We also have a chef who is the nutritionist as well who will cook and provide fresh and nutritious meals on a daily basis.
