3 ★It's an alright game. However, the dragon AI could use some work- for example, making something that prioritizes bringing non-busy dragons over busy ones when telling them what to do. Additionally, the animations (or rather, lack thereof) needs improvement. Even if it's slight body movement, it's better than just the default wing movement. In addition, being able to sync an account with an email account would be nice. I'll update this when something changes.
1 ★My main issue is that the special events end abruptly w/o letting you harvest what you created, and I keep missing it because, the time for the event doesn't update as you use it. So, for example, I had the event open on my phone today, and it said there was another day and 12 hours left. When I left the event and tried to go back, it said the event ended. The worst part is I couldn't harvest any of the things I created and I had opened and used 3/4 of the map. Lots of time completely wasted.
3 ★Warning: Addicting game! Pros: It is fun. No ads except when you opt-in. Cons: Very hard to get gems. No way to undo mistakes. Dragons get in your way, and they keep going off to harvest things that I wish they wouldn't. Dropping them on items is kinda glitchy too - and might cause an accidental dragon merge. You can't log in using email (Not everyone has a Facebook account!) - thus no way I can save my game. If I clear app data or move to a new device, I'll be starting over again from scratch.
5 ★Great game. Love the events even though they are not easy to complete. I do kinda dislike that the star quests are always in the same order. "Harvest this 200 times" never seems to fail to pop up before you get "this" you still get a bunch of awesome prizes if you can collect enough which is usually not too hard i usually get to the 7th prize before i find it "impossible" to go further but im not patient. I love the game though and now you can watch ads too speed up chests my favorite part. Love
3 ★:( Unfortunately I see many others have made this same review. When I shut the game my progress is not saved correctly. Dragon eggs I got as a gift are gone never to show back up , things I did are undone. I have uninstalled that didn't help. Update 8/21 still no fix for the glitch I spend a hour playing close the game and come back to find I have to do it all over again. I've been playing for a long time so I hate to lose the game but I'm getting to the point that there is not point to playin.
2 ★I loved this game in the beginning but as time went on it started to crash daily and wipe my progress out. I've played this game for 2 yrs and spent a lot of money on it. I've spent to much money into this game for it to keep crashing and taking my money and gems. Now with the new update on the dragon home it keeps resetting and going out. I've lost $27+ on dust with nothing to show for it. Bugs are not fixed
2 ★It's a fun game that I enjoy playing daily. Yes, they want you to spend money; sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. And yes, certain upgrades like egg storage or new levels regularly would be nice. But overall, I like using it to disconnect from reality for a bit and it keeps me entertained for now. Update: changed phones 4yrs into playing. The cloud save feature has been broken for a while, and lost everything. Starting over, sort of interested in how quickly I can progress. Bummed though.
4 ★This game has huge problems with the saving system, both cloud save and non cloud save can instantly delete everything you did in camp if a crash occurs or you close the game to fast. Reloading my cloud save has so far deleted all level progress I had and a portal twice (I played every level 3 stars so that's a loooot of levels) and the third time it deleted EVERYTHING, except for my camp.... That was basically a year worth of progress which support did not help me regain....
3 ★It's a good game aside from all the obvious money grabs, such was winning a reward and opening it, only to find another "reward" that you have to pay for to receive. Gems are hella expensive and almost every reward worth opening is going to cost over 100 gems and 600 gems will cost you$20, so most items are going to cost you about $5. Game play, graphics, and animations are smooth and well developed. There is a lot of waiting, especially on special events.
4 ★Actually a very fun game! Love the dragons. Hard to see on the phone screen though. However, a lot of chests to "buy" with gems appear constantly. You don't have to get them, but maybe if there was ever anything good I might spend the gems to open a couple. Also, I wish there was more camp space. My favorite part of the game is working on my camp. Just need more room!
1 ★Disappointed. As merge games go the mechanics seem clunky. Merge when placing next to items instead of last item placed on top. Makes it difficult to stack up bonuses. Selecting items to harvest is tough as well with it very easy to cancel out. If moving items the dragons seem confused as if saying "recalculating". Also can only play a few levels before running out of juice juice. Can pay to play more but I don't. Just slowly keep mining away.
3 ★I don't like the energy function. You get one every hour and only up to 7, no more . Most levels cost 7 energy, so I can only play once every 5/7 hours. This is especially annoying when a pop-up kicks me out of the level. I'd been waiting 7 hours to get to it. The game is fun, so I don't understand why it's designed to keep players away from it for the majority of the time.
