Payment confirmed in seconds but order was "processing" for a week by which point I've already ordered and gotten what I needed from a different online seller. Requested a refund 4 days ago, they emailed me 3 days ago (the email showed up in my spam folder) saying they can offer me %15 off which I declined and conformed I wanted a refund 2 days ago. my order is still "processing" on their app and no one emailed me back
