Somos parte de la familia cristiana del mundo, situándonos en esa parte de la familia que se identifica con el nombre de Cristianos Evangélicos.Y dentro de esta parte del cristianismo a su vez somos parte de una denominación que obedece al nombre de “ FILADELFIA”.
Los orígenes de esta denominación hay que buscarlos en Francia y mas concretamente en la persona de Clemen le Cosec, que fue un ministro del evangelio aprobado por la denominación Cristiana Evangélica “ Asambleas de Dios”, y que en su momento recibió un fuerte llamado de Dios a predicar a emigrantes españoles que estaban en Francia.
La consecuencia inmediata de esto, en relación a España, es que Clemen le Cosec comisiono a algunos de estos emigrantes a predicar en España, entre ellos hemos de destacar a los que acabaron siendo los apóstoles Emiliano, Jaime, Jolelito, Castro y Lary a través de los cuales el mensaje del evangelio se extendió por toda la geografía española…..
Habiendo cumplido el medio siglo, llegamos en la actualidad a ser más de 1.000 iglesias diseminadas a lo largo y ancho de toda la geografía del país.
