目前導覽大多是租借語音導覽機，卻常常拿著手冊找不到對應的展物編號，但隨著時代進步，現在人人都有一台智慧型手機，何不讓手機包下所有功能呢？於是我們便有了利用App與Beacon結合的導覽構想。埔客家協會的展館擁有眾多且種類豐富的客家文化館藏，卻常常苦於人力問題無法導覽，許多旅客進去都只是走馬看花。
為了解決人力問題及帶來更好的導覽品質，我們便開發了這款導覽App，遊客只要下載App，即使沒有專人導覽也能逛得盡興。
