About Photo Forwarding APK
Description
The Photo Forwarding App has currently been developed to be used in the following use cases:• General Practitioners (GP) - to take images of patient ailments, this can be uploaded into the patients’ records and be used to support referrals.
• Clinicians (e.g. Nurses) - to take images of patient ailments, which can be uploaded into the patients’ record that supports and speeds up the referral process.
The Photo Forwarding App is under further development to extend its usage to more use cases across LLR such as social care and input by patients.
This app was commissioned by the Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP)/ Better Care Together (BCT), a partnership of NHS and Local Authority organisations in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR).
The app has been developed by the STP LLR Digital Innovations Hub in conjunction with NHS Leicestershire Health Informatics Service (LHIS).
The Digital Innovations Hub (DIH) seeks to improve patient, service user and professional outcomes across the STP by using new and existing digital applications and technological solutions that deliver a clear benefit by solving a problem or fulfilling a need.
How to install Photo Forwarding APK on Android phone or tablet?
