4 ★It's very helpful, just needs a few tweaks to the app. For example I can never sign up for a profile! When I click on the option I'm presented with a list of countries to choose from and nothing else. There seems to be a kind of level involved for entry into the raffle (bronze, silver, gold) and I have absolutely no idea how to figure out where I am with that. But it does really help with the medication taking which I am usually disorganised about due to memory symptoms etc!
5 ★Excellent app, I take a lot of different medications at different times of the day, so with the notifications I am now more in control. I think the ability to send 'stars' to my charity of choice is a great idea (for me Crohn's and Colitis UK) and also an incentive to remember to use the app. So overall I would recommend this app to anyone who needs a bit of help remembering to take their medications and who wants to support a good cause at the same time.
5 ★I love this app because you can earn Stars that you can donate to your favorite charity that you have a choice of picking. Also have extra ways to win from different popular online places I visit often, such as Amazon and more. It reminds me when to take my medicine every single time so I never miss a single dose. you can also earn Stars by going to turn in your old prescriptions that are empty to the pharmacy. Thanks for inventing this app! I will be referring all of my friends and family.
3 ★Such a great idea, and I've already used stars to donate. Just a shame that the one thing I need it to do - remind me - doesn't work. Unless I am actively using my phone at the time the reminder goes off I don't get a reminder at all, and when I do get a reminder it's only a small icon on the top of my screen. I'd prefer having it remind me more actively with a pop-up screen as I have difficulties remembering to take my medication.
5 ★I've been using this app for a few days now and I love it! I'm horrible at remembering to take my medicine but this app has legitimately helped me with that. I've actually become more aware of when it's almost time for me to take my meds, which is a huge thing for me. I also love how I can donate to charities and organizations I care about rather than "cashing out" for something I should do anyways. Highly recommend if you're forgetful like me!
5 ★Absolutely amazing app. I have to take a lot of meds due to a rare disease so it is awesome to know I can help out foundations by simply taking my meds, so that alone makes this app really cool. But I also had an issue arise with it and their customer service team was beyond amazing. They went above and beyond to resolve my problem and to keep in contact with me to ensure that it was resolved completely. I HIGHLY recommend this app to everyone!!
1 ★Since my phone updated to android 9 I'm not getting the notifications I should be. I'll probably get one every so often but after that I get nothing. When I go on to the app I've noticed in the notifications section that they are turned on and I also notice loads of points had been accumulated. Other than that it is a good app
5 ★I have to take lots of pills - Drugstars reminds me about them during the day, when I tend to forget, so it works well for me. I notice the total button has been improved, so that it's easier to see that the correct number is being added to the drugs taken button - much better now. And the donation sweetens the pills :)
5 ★Absolutely love this app, I'm terrible at remembering my meds so this really helps. Plus donating every 50 odd days really motives me to use the app. One issue though, since the last update my notifications haven't been working despite being turned on. Probably a bug, but thought I should feed it back :)
3 ★Hi, it's an ok app, but I do find it lacks flexibility. If I didn't take one of the medications there is no option to skip it in the app. So I click through all of the tablets and am basically lying and saying I have taken all of them!
5 ★Great app but would be better if you could clear meds you have took before the scheduled time. I often take what I need before going out but can't clear till after the reminder and by then I sometimes forget if I've taken it. All and all though, very helpful app.
5 ★EDIT: just changed from 4 stars to 5 stars, got the sound alerts to work now, thx Seems great, but i dont get any sound alerts when to take meds ? even with push notifications enabled, just get a thing come up in notifications on mobile ? needs a sound alert, also notifications not work at all if not connected to internet ? alerts should work all the time even without data/internet connection. EDIT: just changed from 4 stars to 5 stars, got the sound alerts to work now, thx
