4 ★Video quality isn't great but you can still address your concerns with the clinician directly which is great!
5 ★Wait time per person ahead of you in line is about ten minutes. Doctors are familiar with reported issues prior to meeting with the patient. My experience was pleasant and my physician was knowledgeable and encouraging.
3 ★Great app but....... There is a lag between the audio and the video. I would've given it 5 stars otherwise.
