Народний клуб «Верес» — український футбольний клуб, який представляє місто Рівне. Створений 1957 року. Учасник вищої ліги України в сезонах 1992-1993 та 1994-1995 роках. Та учасник Української прем`єр-ліги в сезоні 2017-2018 років. Півфіналіст Кубку Україниу сезоні 1993-1994 років. У 2000-х роках грав у другій лізі, 29 квітня 2011 року втратив професіональний статус та згодом взагалі припинив існування.У 2015 році з ініціативи нового президента Рівненської обласної федерації футболу Олексія Хахльова було ініційовано відродження футбольного клубу «Верес». Клуб створювався за західноєвропейськими зразками — тобто, з клубним членством, спільним фінансуванням клубу його членами. 18 червня 2015 року Виконком ФФУ одноголосним рішенням допустив «Верес» до участі у другій лізі. За два сезони «Верес» дійшов до Української прем`єр-ліги, але вже наступного сезону через організаційні проблеми знову опинився в другій лізі.
Найбільшу перемогу червоно-чорні здобули 10 вересня 2018 року, перемігши львівські «Карпати» на їхньому полі з рахунком 1:6.
З 2019 року у клубі змінився президент, ним став Іван Надєїн. Почалась реорганізація клубу в публічне акціонерне товариство. В якому кожен член Народного клубу «Верес» має стати власником акцій. Також акціонерами стануть Рівненська міська рада та спонсори клубу. По суті «Верес» може стати першим в Україні клубом англійського зразка.
Домашній стадіон: «Авангард» знаходиться на реконструкції і її відкриття заплановане на 2021-й рік. Домашні матчі команда проводить на стадіоні «Колос» у Млинові. Кольори форми: червоно-чорна і чорно-біла.
