1 ★The actual gameplay is fun - if you can get to it. There's about 6 layers of pop-ups between you and actually being able to play. It also forces you to play the story. If you've completed the prerequisites to have the storyline progress, you aren't allowed to keep playing until you watch it. They'll give you a "FREE 5 MINUTES OF BOOSTERS!!" and then waste 4 minutes forcing you to click no on 15 different offers or events
1 ★I played this game briefly over a year ago and for the past week 95% of all my ads in other games are trying to get me to come back to this lame game, and they all involve a fake X that opens a browser window instead of closing the ad. If there was ever a question of me trying this game again, you've completely eliminated any chance of it. Fire your advertising team.
4 ★It's a fairly good game. The lack of information on how to destroy certain blocks is an issue. I can't remember how to destroy everything from level to level with all of the events and regular game play. Tapping a block and getting a handy help bubble would be great. Artwork is exceptional, story is interesting. Level of difficulty accelerates too quickly making some event completion difficult. Not having an option to remove ads for a fee is an issue. 4 stars for recent ad I saw. Playing again.
1 ★You can't win levels unless you have the helps feature and you have to pay real money for those. As many times as I played this, I have never seen any of the puzzles advertised, it is always match three games. I wish these games were what was advertised. It is not about a so called challenging level, it is about not being able to pass the level after 20 times of trying. That is not fun or enjoyable. And they do not have the puzzles advertised in the ads.
2 ★This is a match 3 game. This is NOT what it shows in the ads, of course. It's like so many games do this bait and switch, so stupid. The graphics were good but you have to do match 3 puzzles to get pieces to use. But then the game does the puzzle for you! Not at all like it showed. I've already deleted because I really don't like this type of game and would never have even downloaded had I known what it was.
2 ★There's a glitch in the game. I have a picture to show some evidence of when/how this is happening, but after a recent update I guess the game is glitching where if you run out of moves it won't shuffle like it's supposed to. It just freezes and won't allow you to continue without exiting the game and restarting the level. You can use one of the tools down below if you have them, but it shouldn't force you to do that. It should be shuffling.
2 ★I used to like this game years ago when it was relaxing and easygoing but not now because with all the multiple events and the constant in-game ads to buy something every other level it's way too overwhelming and stressful. If you ever decide to downgrade the game to bring back it's charm and easygoing style I'll be willing to try it again.
3 ★I really enjoy the game but I have to agree with another review. It stops being enjoyable when it gets too busy with bombs, spider webs, frogs and anything growing over the area of play. I quit playing when it gets to those stages it's too busy to be relaxing and fun anymore. Thank you for the many hours of enjoyment I have found on the beginners level though, great work.
5 ★I keep trying other match 3 games and I always come back to this one. By far the best it's very addictive and for those who are not quiters, this games is for you. Regardless of the option to buy extra help, there definitely is always a way to get thru a level or stage. No extra help is required however it will really challenge you. I've not once not been able to complete a stage or level, it may take me some time but it will happen soon enough.
2 ★Short term relationship. Good at first, game play is okay and the story is interesting. They throw some nice bonuses your way, extra hours of unlimited lives and the like. Eventually, the levels become impossibly difficult to pass- I guess unless you start paying for extras, which I won't do. Recognize it as a money grab and move on as I am doing.
1 ★Uninstalled the game because, after updating, the game keeps stopping. Message comes on constantly that Clockmaker has stopped. When I reload it either stops before a game comes up or, If it doesn't stop, the buildings and then the game is blacked out. The buildings are black and if it loads a game, the game is a total black screen. Wish I hadn't updated.
1 ★Terribly disappointed. I don't download match three games. I don't generally care for them. The ad made this look like a fun puzzle solving game that required thinking through problems to find the best fix. I held out hope that after a few rounds of match three it would switch modes, but no. This isn't a misunderstanding. It's blatant false advertising. One star only because Iapparenyly have to in order to post my review. It deserves no stars.
