1 ★This app is a joke. It barely works on my Xiaomi phone, despite my granting all necessary permissions and making sure it has access to all the settings. It would randomly send an "alert" that I am not moving even when the phone is in my hand and I am moving around. Attempts to press OK fail and it continues to send me these ridiculous warnings. I have a suspicion it only works with Samsung phones. If that's the case, the Korean government had better provide everyone with a Samsung phone or develop something that ACTUALLY WORKS.
2 ★I had a problem with my limited data so the app stopped and didn't allow me to do the "daily self diagnosis" this morning. I contacted the officer in charge and got suggested that I had to uninstall and reinstall it. Unfortunately, I still cannot install the app...it keeps showing "This app will be installed after officer's confirmation". Anyone got the same issue?
4 ★I read all the horror reviews prior to downloading the app, but to be honest I didn't have any issues with it. Yes, it drains battery, but on my phone it was only 10% drain overnight. And you can just charge your phone,it's not like you're going anywhere in that period anyway. In 14 days, I received a notification to move my phone once, and I even left the phone in the same place for 4 hours. So overall the app worked. Minus one star for needing camera permissions, that's seriously not cool.
1 ★It keeps on telling to check my location cuz I was idle for too long, I can see they are trying to find people that leave their mobiles at home and leave the house but I think they can come up with a better solution(somehow) as it is causing inconvenience to people that actually follow the app properly
1 ★Horrible app that doesn't even work. It's been about 30 hours and it keeps saying I've left my quarantine area when I haven't placed a single toe out the door. Also, the address of my self-quarantine area is incorrect and doesn't allow me to edit it. Only 12 days and 18 hours to go...
1 ★Turns on bluetooth automatically. Drains the battery. This app also causes problems with Unity Engine and android connection. This is costing me money and could cost me my job. This app is an encroachment on basic human rights, so they could at least make it less of a pain in the ass.
1 ★I have been in the place where I am doing self-quarantine and turned the alarms off to prove myself that I haven't left but it didn't work so the notification has sent to the person whoever have assigned me. Funnily, I have a lack of access to talk to the person the whole morning as the person has been busy and is supposed to contact me back. I will see whether the person does after that notification.
5 ★With today's new update it shows me that connection is not stable (before everything was ok). With this note the app itself is really slow. Took me 15 minutes to submit my self diagnosis and to check whether it is properly submitted. (Glad, it worked, at all). My phone is Mi 8 Lite and Android version is 8.1.0
5 ★Does what it is intended to do. I wish it would authenticate my phone properly. Also I do not like that a loud alarm goes off while I am sleeping. The message on the alarm saya to check location. I have not been able to get good uninterrupted sleep since installing the app 😢.
1 ★Seems like they intentionally designed the app to drain your battery while in the background (33% app battery usage while in the background). It also keeps disconnecting my Wi-Fi, despite my other devices having no issue staying connected... The constant updates don't seem to do/improve anything.
1 ★The app could have been developed better than this. Using GPS data on various phones takes more attention and a lot of works but it seems lame and consumes more battery power than it supposed to be. Keeps showing annoying warning messages for these reasons.
1 ★EVERY DAY they make me UNINSTALL the app and then REINSTALL it because of either a lack of communication within the government or because of the app malfunctioning. They don't give clear instructions as to how to get it set up because they themselves don't know how it works. It is such a hassle having to reinsert all your personal information for the umpteenth time. The content of the app is in English but the actual name of the app is a very difficult combination of Korean words.
