1 ★This is the worst company as far as customer service is concerned. They are only concerned about taking your money - nothing else. Tickets are overpriced and expensive, Seats are uncomfortable. AC doesn't work most of the time. They don't give you pillows or blankets. But worst of all the staff is rude. If you don't pay attention, they will rob you by charging you higher rates than available online. Happened to me in the Mount Abu booking office. I will never use this bus service again because of them. Anyway book this only if you want to ruin your holiday! Or if you have money to throw down the toilet!

1 ★Original bus got cancelled. moreover, booked a sleeper in 2*1 sleeper n got a small sleeper divided into two. totally uncomfortable to sleep for 2 people. Very disappointed with service n won't recommend to anyone about Gujarat travels

1 ★Wrost service very late time in mumbai 5.15 but bus came 11.30 night 6.15 hours late and no any amenities provided in pune dropp written many stopage but he stop only katraj chowk I ask why you not dropping padmawati parking the bus staff going angry and telling thats my last stop I ask gujrat travells oprator if you provide this type service then clearly inform on your app Thats a cheating with passenger
