2 ★When it works...the keyword is WHEN...it's great. However, this app rarely works on a consistent basis. It's aggravating, especially when I'm not on call. I have families whom I serve and there are times they need me. I can't trust this app and it's frustrating. I've uninstalled it too many times and it still doesn't work properly.

2 ★App used to work great, now I get notifications that I have received messages, but I am never able to view them using the app. I have to log in from a desktop computer (kind of defeats the purpose).

5 ★This is such a great. It's nice to be able to check calls without having to use a desktop. Even when the app was updating, it didn't take very long to get it back up and running.

1 ★App used to send me notifications on my S7. Phone updates a little over amonth ago and the app stopped sending me notifications. Contacted customersupport weekly as I rely on this app. Their only answer is that, "We areaware of it and working on an update." Well people rely on this app forwork and it doesn't seem like the tech department cares to send an update.So much for making on call easier!
