1 ★Not only did no one come by on the first initial visit, they rescheduled and refused to get in contact. There's no way to reach your person unless you call customer service and wait for hours.

1 ★Service came once and then no-showed. All attempts to contact customer service have been ignored. Not recommended.

1 ★Scheduling a bi weekly mowing seems to be a huge challenge for them to accomplish. Bi-weekly Is every 2 weeks, 14 days, Every other Friday,..... Other than my initial appointment day they have failed with scheduling miserably.

1 ★This has been a horrible experience. First, I was charged $426 for landscaping that was not completed, they left it half done and then when I complained they said they were coming back out and never did. Then, the charged me for a full mow and no one actually ever showed up to mow my lawn. On top of that, this last time, which was the last straw for me even after changing crews, I was charged for a full mow again and they only cut the front yard. LESSON LEARNED!

5 ★I like the ability to coorespond quickly and my thoughts and wishes are heard and responded to. It makes the customer feel "taken care of"

1 ★Did not get promotional price as offered. Did not get credit for posting on Nextdoor. Got rescheduled day of service without warning or explanation. Got no response when I messaged the crew about it. Canceled "service", felt like a scam to me.

5 ★Awesome service. Allan is very professional and kind. I've been telling my relatives in my area along with my neighbors about the terrific service.

4 ★I wanted to pause service for the season. There site was so easy. Thank you for that, especially these days. Have a great Holiday! I am unable to use the app.

1 ★Be very cautious with this app. I cancelled in advance and they still sent mowers to the house and billed even though the app said cancelled and I received an email a month earlier saying same thing

1 ★Do not use. People don't show up when there supposed to, and they make it impossible to remove your payment details.

2 ★I was really excited to use this service, but the quality of mowers they sent out were not good. There is a 3-cut minimum and all three jobs were incomplete, crummy looking jobs. Ended up hiring a crew directly and finally got the quality I was seeking originally.

5 ★I've had nothing but great experiences doing with Lawnstarters. There was one time when I couldn't get a hold of them but they promptly returned my call the next business day and all was taken care of.
