5 ★This app is a great resource if you live in Santa Monica. I've used it many times to report illegal trash dumping and graffiti, to request bin replacements, and to schedule bulky item pickup. Response and follow up is quick. I just checked the app today and it works great, and is expanded from previous versions (more options to contact departments, website integration, etc). Highly recommend that you download this app!

4 ★Stopped working months ago. Edit- Have deleted and reinstalled the app but that does not fix the issue. I already e-mailed customer support on 4/24/20. The two previous reviewers prior to me, appear to be experiencing the same issue. Edit( 5/5/20) customer support responded to my email today and the issue has been resolved.

1 ★Revised, App worked several months ago fantastic, but now App appears to not work at all. Debug info sent.

2 ★It looks like it's broken. It no longer allows to submit issues. ???

2 ★This system used to be great. I made several requests and they respondedpretty quickly and did what they have to do. The last couple requests, theytook a little while to respond and either flat out said "they don't dealwith the request" and I should basically deal with it or confront thelandowner or claim they are sending someone out but don't even see them outthere addressing the issue. Please have a better way to report issuesaround SM. And also if you guys are going to bring someone out actually doit and do the steps to hopefully address and fix the issue.
