3 ★Uploading photos isn't working for me anymore, which defeats the purpose of having the app. I hope this issue gets resolved.

5 ★Great app to deal with all things Hayward.

4 ★I think it's great in concept, and have used it for about 5 years. But the "new and improved" version doesn't open on my phone. I am trying to work with the developers, but so far no progress. I'm hoping they can offer the prior version, which does work Too bad they messed it up, it is great for the city and the public.
