1 ★Just an HTML wrapper, only provides phone numbers and links to their website. Member login button opens default internet browser. Kinda pointless when I could just go to the website directly...

1 ★Registered online in member hub, then downloaded app, lets me log in but when I request to get ID card tells me "No member found". So tried to click on contact and app stops working... I had a change in address and did not receive my insurance cards.

1 ★Won't accept my login info. I created an account online in a web browser successfully and am able to login there, but this app refuses to accept that login info.

1 ★Downloaded solely to leave a negative review. Constantly get ads for this damn thing everywhere which only further makes me never want to see it. Or use it. Ever. Deleted after downloaded.
