Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★The app is okay, but it's really hard to navigate certain features. I'm tech-savvy and very health literate (I'm a nurse, and work for one of the HealthPartners hospitals), and I find it challenging at times to find certain features or do certain tasks within this app. For example, scheduling a dentist appointment: they inform me that I can do it through the app, but I have yet to figure it out. It's not intuitive in any way.
2 ★I miss mychart. This app doesn't show lab results in a useful format like a table or trend like mychart did. It also doesn't show the lab standard for over half of my results, i can't tell what numbers are good or bad. I have to hunt for old test results and make a table the old fashioned way. I also cannot schedule lab tests or even see what has been ordered. I'm back to calling all of the time.
1 ★The app just straight up does not work. I can't schedule an appointment, I can't find my doctor, any time I'm even somehow able to finally get the appointment scheduling to work it doesn't even matter because it encounters an error before I can even complete it and I'm back at square one. This app is totally useless.
1 ★wont let me log in with my fingerprint or with my password, keeps going right back to the same screen saying my session timed out. didnt know it could time out in .00001 seconds. please fix so I can check my son's upcoming appointment, so much faster then sitting on the phone for half an hour just to confirm a time. I thought this app was a good idea for health partners but not when I cant even log in. pointless.
1 ★The app doesn't accept my Health Partners user name. I also can't log in using my insurance information. I was sent to a webpage to request an access code which will take up to 30 days to get a code sent to me by snail mail. SERIOUSLY??!! You can't send codes via text or email? Freaking ridiculous. The whole point of this app is so I can access my test results and other health information. This app sucks. You should have stayed with My Chart.
1 ★App frequently does not load and often reloads to the login screen once through the initial login. There is no way to view documents from within the app, it just downloads them without opening them. At this point, it's less useful than just using a web browser and going the the HP website.
2 ★Ever since we were forced to go to the new myHP app I can't get any notifications. I would get them just fine with My Chart app. When I go in and hit the notification bell icon I am assuming to customize my notifications it just spins and spins then times out. And I made the mistake of uninstalling the My Chart app and reinstalling and the notifications are gone and I can't even go in to fix them. How can I get these on the myHP app so I know when things happen like test results or appointments?
1 ★An extreme disappointment that Health Partners has completely destroyed the great customer service that Park Nicollet offered. A perfect example is this ABSOLUTELY USELESS APP!! Can't message doctor anymore, can't search doctors, can't pay bills (takes you to a website that you have to log into), can't view summaries or even dates of prior visits. Besides simple blood lab work, all test results are displayed with: "This result contains rich text formatting which cannot be displayed here."
1 ★This app no longer let's me submit request for reimbursement. It's extremely difficult to get Health Partners to reimburse anytime. Now after going through the 20 required steps to submit a reimbursement request it kicks me back out to the login screen and nothing goes through. I'm not surprised by this as their whole system is NOT customer friendly and they do anything to keep from reimbursing you YOUR own money.
1 ★I have been a long time user of MyCharts to manage healthcare for my entire family. Looks like we are forced on this app now. The new UI and functionality is a steep downgrade from what it used to be. I can only manage myself now. The only option for kids are results. I cannot do anything else for them and the UI is clunky in terms of navigation. Most all functionality is redirected to the browser. Certainly the reason MyCharts was decommissioned was cost but this app is going 10 versions back
1 ★Awful, they should have stuck with MyChart. I cannot find a way to contact my doctor in this app. Instead of one app for all my medical information I now need one for Health Partners and subsidiaries. This segmenting is unnecessary. Lost a lot of features. Interface also seems to focus more on form over function. Do not recommend, but no alternative since you cant use their MyChart anymore.
1 ★Loved My Chart. Cannot see anything here. I try to log in to pay a bill and my account can never be found, directs to website and it is not found there either. Unable to store card information. CANNOT SEE LAB RESULTS!! Test results, appointment notes. Cannot contact doctor. USELESS. Have to give it one star or it would be 0.
